 👉 Yes – we are a fully mobile service. We bring all the equipment we need to your home, workplace, or another convenient location in Dorchester and the wider Dorset area. 

 👉 Yes, we do require an electrical socket but have a 50m extension cable onboard. Years of experience has taught us nobody likes a noisy generator running for hours outside their homes or work premises. Also we do carry water on board of 190ltrs.

 👉 We’re based in Dorchester but also cover Weymouth, Blandford, Bridport, Portland, Dorset & Somerset areas. If you’re unsure, just ask us. 

 👉 It depends on the service & condition of the vehicle:

• Mini Valet – around 1 - 2 hours
• Interior valet - around 2 - 4 hours
• Full Valet – 4 – 7 hours

             We’ll always give you an estimated time when you book. 

 👉  Through our  contact us directly by phone/email. Bookings are sent sent via email all is require is Name, Email address & address and confirmation will be sent.

 👉 Yes – we offer specialist add-ons for pet hair removal, deep interior cleaning, and odour neutralising. Just select these when booking. 

👉 We can usually work in most conditions. If heavy rain or extreme weather makes it impossible, we’ll reschedule at no extra cost.

 👉  PayPal, and also  direct payments via credit/debit cards, digital wallets (like Google pay and Apple Pay), and cash.
